Returns & Refunds:

  • No returns accepted.

  • Guaranteed genuine samples. No returns on opened or used items.

  • Report damaged items within 3 days with a photo for a replacement.

  • Incorrect items: Report within 3 days with a photo for a replacement.

  • Inspect packages upon receipt and report issues within 3 days.

  • Original shipping fees non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.

Orders Not Received:

  • No replacements or refunds for orders marked as delivered.

  • Not responsible for orders claimed lost or stolen after delivery.
